Disappointed!
After waiting 6 months to be accepted onto the course and it actually starting, having been told the waiting would be 4 to 16 weeks was a huge amount of time for support to actually commence.
Then learning you are part of a large group, and if not feeling up to speaking in front of that group, you then feel unheard, such a let down after waiting so long.
To cap it all, I wrote and told my one to one support:
the sessions when added up, group, individual and home work were causing me more stress due to the amount of time taken, to then get a letter from my GP saying I no longer require therapy? I guess feedback from TFY to GP was non existent.
Being treated for anxiety and depression, slightly hearing impaired
Jess and Jasmine were fantastic and very thorough with Ben. Cannot fault their advice, expertise and response to my concerns.
Nothing but support from Caroline. I felt heard and understood and felt like she wanted to learn and actually how to help people. I didn’t feel like another case load, I felt accepted. She built on what I already knew and helped me on things I had no clue in sorting. She took into account my autism and adhd and used that to change how we interacted so we both understood the conversation at hand. Having someone who looks like me and has the same condition also helped me feel seen. Representation is 100% important in progress and I got that. I will miss her but I know she gave me the skills and bettered the skills I had already so I can do better.
Because they helped me
It was the worst experience, uncaring staff. Rude doctors. Made me feel worthless

Sharon was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. She listened and was attentive. She made the conversation feel personal and was empathetic.
Sharon took her time and did not rush me and talked me through the services available, which I was not aware of prior to the meeting. Sharon has good knowledge of the services and I felt we had an honest and open conversation.
My experience with therapy 4u has been faultless, i have been treated with compassion and understanding throughout my treatment.
My therapist has been professional, kind and above all very helpfull.
The only slight down side are the waiti g times for therapy unfortunately.
.
Everything was very professional. A comfortable and open environment was created from the start.
