I have an age related deterioration of my lower back which causes me a lot of pain, it's not a condition. You have helped me manage my pain mainly with exercises.

Unfortunately my care has been mainly in the pandemic time, although the zoom Team meetings were very welcome. I felt I wasn't on my own and it helped me cope with my pain at that time. I would like to thank Maggie Keeling who was very understanding and supportive which I really appreciated.
