My niece suffers with severe psychosis and I was struggling to cope. Her support worker Imogen could see this and very kindly passed my number to a psychologist colleague.
Elena was so very helpful. She was very easy to talk to. She listened and gave me some really useful tools to help me going forward. She referred back to things that I had said and gave me helpful suggestions as well as visual information which I respond well to. Elena was professional but also warm and compassionate which has made such a difference in regards to my mental health.
I am grateful for her help and I feel better able to cope not just with my niece’s situation but other aspects of my life (which I shared with Elena).
I feel fortunate to have received such great support.
Excellent service could not ask for better weĺl done the nhs
A brilliant service.
I was really apprehensive about joining the group at first but I am so glad I did.
Not only was the sessions informative but the staff made them fun.
We managed the heatwave by taking longer breaks between exercises or they were made easier on these sessions.
Would I attend again if I needed too YES without any doubt.
The clinician was attentive and professional. Sympathetic and willing to provide assistance in helping me move on with my current situation..
The service that I have received from everybody connected with the pain Management Team has been first class and I have benefited greatly.

MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION
Please see medical records which show that James was diagnosed in 2019 with an it and depression with some psychotic symptoms.
Since early 2020 he has been unable to work and has significant problems with socialising
He has had a sleep disorder for many years
He can’t answer his phone or reply to texts
He has cut off friends and family, and relates now only to his mother and father.
His anxiety means he can’t organise himself or commit to any particular action
At times he feels rage and will struggle to contain this
ASTHMA
James had asthma as a child and teenager including one hospitalisation. No incidents in recent times but James still avoids dusty and confined spaces
I feel Debbie Lovell-Taylor has changed my life with the counselling I received. She has released me from the burdens I carried from a child to adulthood. She was very calm non judgmental and reassuring with all we discussed.
All good
