I feel the department should be known a lot more than it is. Also most importantly, the upmost - positive opinions sent to Sharon Jones for her special qualities and immense work. Sharon has been an absolute one in a million. She got all completed of what she wanted to do for myself as her patient. Support you don’t see in many places! Was advised on call would be getting referred for counselling services but later received letter advising I had been discharge with no ongoing support Everyone was pleasant but it feels like no one cares. I struggle to open up and when I get discharge after one brief phone call I really wonder what the point is it it not worth it at all. My loved ones keep telling me to seek help but when I try I get nothing and struggling to keep going. There is no point.

Would have helped if a referral for counselling could have been sent instead now I have to go through the difficulty of explaining everything yet again to someone else.

We were treated very kindly, friendly and with compassion could not fault any of the staff. Could not be bettered.

The service provided me with a great lady. She was very understanding and sympathetic to my needs we worked together to compile a maintenance plan for me that I could understand. I would highly recommend this service.

I don’t think I could comment on anything you could of done better. I am exceptionally please with my therapist. She had extreme knowledge and cannot fault her on anything. Overall a great service.
