A brilliant service.
I was really apprehensive about joining the group at first but I am so glad I did.
Not only was the sessions informative but the staff made them fun.
We managed the heatwave by taking longer breaks between exercises or they were made easier on these sessions.
Would I attend again if I needed too YES without any doubt.
Suggested improvements
We all agreed it would have been nice to have a video link we could use when we finish the course just to remind us of the exercises and how to do them.
