I attended the clinic for a procedure. It was a day case and from start to finish it was a great experience. The staff from welcoming me to discharging me were warm and caring. It was a great experience and i would recommend.
Thank you very much for your kind review. I am glad you felt we did well. That wont stop us trying to do even better though.
It was a lovely hospital with excellent nurses and caregivers. The staff in reception, porters, and everyone that was directly involved in my care were fantastic.
My Dad was admitted in 5th floor. Everything’s amazing from the admission process until his day of discharge.
Because everything was very good
Cleveland Clinic London provided me with superior care during my recent stay.
Administration, nurses and doctors were beyond spectacular.
EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
Professional and compassionate care in both IC(third floor) and before and after bypass surgery on the 5th floor. Nurses made me feel as comfortable as possible. This was particularly important during the night when I was often in a lot of pain.
My worries we’re completely allayed during my stay. Everything was explained
Apart from
a. being in a room (518 & then 510)that was so cold that a blower heater had to be brought in to warm both the bed and the room up and I needed additional blankets and, at one point, a duvet round me in my chair;
b. The inability to lift my window blinds partially only so that people in the building opposite could not see in but I could get the benefit of some natural light to brighten my recovery;
c. The fact that the WC flush button is placed far back on the wall and can be hard for the patient to push right in;
d. The patient needs a really long charger cable to be able to leave a mobile phone on charger whilst still being able to reach it when in bed or sitting on the chair;
E. The date/time wall displays being so small that I could see nothing without glasses on;
all examples of style over function
The rooms on the 5th floor were large, attractive and very clean. Sataff did their best to assist with overcoming the issues above but sometimes there was no easy solution.
There was some confusion before my procedure that meant that my spectacles, watch and mobile phone did not move with me to the theatre and ICU floor where I then could not see the time and date on the silly small sized clock in my ICU room or much of my environment,as I am quite short-sighted, and could not get the phone no off my mobile for someone I needed to call, I wanted for nothing
Everything was excellent apart from the food. My wife and I waited a long time for our evening meal and when it arrived it was cold, and the source was partially congealed. It was a disappointment as I had been nil-by-mouth since 6am.
