My Dad was admitted in 5th floor. Everything’s amazing from the admission process until his day of discharge.
Suggested improvements
Kitchen staff is very impolite and would sometimes raise their voices to staff nurses on the floor.
I would like to mention Nurse Anjelica for being so compassionate and kind hearted. She was so patient to my Dad during his recovery period. Good to know she can speak Arabic fluently and was able to lessen the anxiety of my father. Special thanks to Mr. Monk for a surgery well done. Had the time to fill out this form after 2 months. But still, can remember amazing people!!
