Inpatient care was excellent.
Scheduling and pre-admission were uninformed and chaotic.
Acute admissions did not answer their dedicated telephone number on Saturday.

The consultant was amazing. The nursing staff were lovely but took too much time to deal with my dad. It wasn’t hugely busy so it wasn’t like they were run off their feet. Some of the HCA were good but some were terrible. One had the instructed by a catering assistant how to take the temperature

My haematologist, Dr Uprichard, explained everything to me very clearly and was quick to help organise my infusion. The whole staff on the day case unit were kind and welcoming, making me feel at ease, especially Niamh and Beulah who took great care of me. The food services team were quick to take my order and were able to give me options for my dietary requirement.
