My haematologist, Dr Uprichard, explained everything to me very clearly and was quick to help organise my infusion. The whole staff on the day case unit were kind and welcoming, making me feel at ease, especially Niamh and Beulah who took great care of me. The food services team were quick to take my order and were able to give me options for my dietary requirement.

The infusion took quite a while to be prepared by pharmacy and that seemed to be the only part of the process that felt slow.

The day case team were exceptional and made my stay excellent. I would feel completely at ease going back to be cared for in this department.
