Cross Deep Surgery

I appreciate and respect the staff are busy, and I am respectful, considerate, and courteous at all times. However, the occasional brusque manner during and immediately following the recent blood test, can be just a little uncomfortable, though regardless I am always sincerely grateful for the assistance, and value the assistance and do show gratitude, wishing the staff a good day.

I have started to need the surgery more due to injuries and changes in my life. The doctors have helped me get the menopause treatment I needed and keep me updated with supplies. I like that fact that my opinion counted and I feel listened to.

I just want to say thank you very much to Rachel o’Donnel who I saw today as an emergency ,she was very helpful and hopefully put me on the right track .

It would be helpful if in 2018 this surgery provided an email address so that it is possible to use this as a form of communication .

I have probably seen every GP at the surgery more than once, and all of them are truly lovely and kind. Very helpful, thorough, informative and supportive. They have taken every query and request seriously. I feel very fortunate to belong to this surgery.

I really like the fact that I can call to make an appointment. I have setup the online one but I where I can help it, I would also rather speak with a human being. When I moved I had to use a different surgery, but I am not back in the area and back.

The surgery gone very much down hill the receptionists are useless no common sense and to see own doctor is near on impossible the new doctors are rude and it is like conveyer belt get you in out as quick possible the only good thing about cross deep is nurses very good it's shame I've been patient for 30 years and now I'm joining another surgery I will say good luck because they need it
