Very upsetting being spoken to by hard, hostile and unhelpful receptionists. They should not work in the care profession as they clearly have no compassion for people suffering. It is the same two or three voices.

I had to visit the nurses every day for 4 weeks to have a wound dressed after an operation. I was always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time and all the nurses who attended to me were friendly, efficient, courteous and always made me feel welcome. Lisa in particular was extremely kind to me.

You can always get an appointment in a timely manner, plus it offers late night surgery several times a week so you don't have to take time off work. The doctors are great particularly Dr Parsons and the senior nurse. The surgery has a calm atmosphere and is very clean and well maintained. Having had to deal with awful surgeries in the past I am so grateful I have this surgery now.

Very friendly, helpful and efficiient - as ever.
