Claire has been absolutely wonderful throughout my 8 week titration process. She has been incredibly supportive every step of the way, and and has answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few) quickly and in full. I cannot imagine anyone else could have been more supportive and as helpful as Claire has been. Receiving an ADHD diagnosis in my early 40s has been shocking and, at the same time, eye opening. Claire made me feel empowered, providing very helpful and positive feedback as I felt my symptoms lessen each step of the way. If you are fortunate to have Claire as your titration lead, rest assured you couldn’t be in better hands. Claire, I can’t thank you enough. This has been such a positive, life changing experience!

Claire was understanding and kind throughout. She has a great knowledge and always understands what you need even when you can’t express it yourself Throughly understands me Throughout my whole triation period Claire has been there to hold my hand (virtually) and make me feel completely comfortable with the change in meds and finding the right one for me Thank you so much for being fantastic and I’m quite sad to be leaving you

Claire was very welcoming even though the website/service at times, from a customer perspective, could be a bit of a mess. She was understanding and thoughtful in her replies. Claire always took her time reading what you had written and answering any queries that you had. You could tell that the service was extremely busy and they were understaffed but Claire went above and beyond for her patients with some replies coming in as early as 6am and as late as 8pm. The company should recognise her for this dedication in the future with a large pay rise. Probably the best nurse I've ever had the privilege of talking to and all nurses should aspire to be like her.

Claire was really friendly and attentive throughout my titration for ADHD treatment and I felt like she gave good feedback on my weekly reports so I knew what I had to do at each stage. I am pleased that she was my nurse as she made the whole process straightforward and easy to keep up with.

Wonderful experience with ADHD titration. Helped me figure out one medication was entirely wrong for me, find one that worked better, and then fine-tuned it by adding in a top-up dose to deal with issues I was having with it wearing off in the evening. Extremely responsive to my concerns about the medication and a good knowledge of the available options for overcoming them.
