Having just finished titration with Psychiatry UK, I am greatful that I was assigned to Michael. The entire experience was pleasant, timely and useful, with any concerns I had being addressed very quickly and professionally, and all the communications I had with Mike made it clear that I was being understood and everything that I needed to address was always addressed. The atmosphere was always a positive one and most importantly of all the Titration following diagnosis was a succesful one.

Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with Mike. Really friendly, super quick responses and overall helped me to feel really supported and understood. Titration can be an overwhelming but Mike broke down every step for me and answered any questions I had.

Dr Michael Proctor has been an excellent person to be assigned with during my treatment process. He has taken his time and energy in making sure I am happy with my treatment path, whilst also communicating any concerns he may have in regards to my mental wellbeing/medications. He has informed me clearly on what steps will be taken during my treatment plan, and reassured me if I have had any questions or doubts I have been having, without me feeling like I am too pressured, or not listened to in any circumstance. I feel like my care was a top priority, and was keen and compassionate with with me getting further help, while being understanding of my issues which may factor into my wellbeing/treatment, openly discussing any issues I am having without any judgement. I feel very lucky being assigned to him as a patient. He has been a very lovely, understanding, and informative person to communicate with.
