Claire worked with me during my titration for my ADHD diagnosis. She is a great nurse who listens to feedback from her patients, also she was very clear with communications during the process, and I always felt comfortable asking any questions I had in mind, which she very quickly answered.
I would recommend Claire to anyone who has to go through the titration process.

I was concerned before the titration process, that this would be a clinical procedure and wondered how I would know what to do regarding dose increase etc..
I had zero reason to be. Claire was incredibly supportive, and very patient with all my question; responding promptly and in a caring manner. I felt listened to and therefore confident that we have reached the end if th journey with the correct dose and treatment plan.

Claire has been lovely to work with throughout the titration process, she listens and is very supportive. I had replies to all my messages in the same day and felt looked after.

I have to agree with everyone else here and say that Claire went above and beyond my expectations as my nurse for my ADHD titration. She was always there to answer any of my questions even during the weekends. She also kept on top of things when I was a bit slow in my responses and sent out my prescriptions the same day when requested.
I don't think the process could have gone any better and I'm lucky that nurses like Claire exist. For anyone undecided about using Psychiatry-UK, don't be, they really know what they're doing and will find you the help you need.

I found Claire to be empathetic, kind and helpful in terms of explaining how my medication process worked and in providing feedback.
She was also encouraging about my efforts to manage my ADHD. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Hello my name is Claire Meadows and I am a qualified mental health nurse and independent Nurse prescriber.
I qualified as a registered Nurse in 2008 and completed My V300 non medical prescriber qualification in 2017.
During my career I have worked in a variety of settings including adult forensic mental health services and rehabilitation were I supported adults struggling with a wide range of severe mental health difficulties. Within this role I helped service users to manage and understand their diagnosis and symptoms effectively promoting positive health and well being.
In 2015 my career took a turn for the better when I became an ADHD specialist Nurse within the child and adolescent community mental health service and it is here where my interest and passion in ADHD has bloomed.
Within my NHS role I work very closely with young people and their families who are struggling with ADHD, I carry out holistic assessments, offer diagnostic clinics and support the families with their diagnosis and treatment in a caring and compassionate way.
I also run my own company alongside this and work for Psychiatry UK supporting Patients in their medication titration and stabilization journey.
I am very passionate about my work and always aim to help the patient feel empowered in their treatment,supporting them to speak openly and honestly about any worries they may have and working through these worries together.
