Veronica is amazing at her job. The titration process for my son was extremely easy to navigate. Veronica was always available for any questions I had, she was caring, patient and understanding of our needs. We actually feel sad to be at the end of our titration journey because the service and level of care we received from start to finish from Veronica has been exemplary.

Veronica is amazing. Everything was explained in plain English if we didn't understand. Replied very quickly for my daughters treatment. It's a shame we have to move on back to cahms. any questions were answered quickly and with compassion. Thank you very much. One happy parent and child who received the treatment
