Ms Isabel Teo was brilliant with my mother; kind, informative and performed excellent surgery. Any patient would be in safe hands. The supporting staff alongside Ms Teo were also outstanding.

Ms. Teo was quietly efficient, calm, re-assuring and utterly professional, both in her leadership of the team involved in my procedure and in keeping me fully informed as the procedure progressed, and also ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. Although undergoing relatively minor local anaesthetic surgery, I thought at the time that the care and professionalism couldn't have been any greater had I been undergoing major heart surgery or similar. Although there are no guarantees that the condition for which I was treated won't return, the procedure has been a complete success to date and this is entirely due to Ms Teo and the team she led. I can make no suggestions how the treatment I received could be improved.

All of the team at Thatcham were exceptional - very caring and definitely very organised throughout my day there, keeping me informed at all times. Isabel is a very caring doctor. She has a calm nature and instantly gave me confidence that everything would be okay. She was able to chat about other subjects whilst I was in theatre - with her colleague and myself - which really helped in keeping me calm during the operation. I am very pleased with the outcome too, so I can't praise her highly enough.
