Ms Teo has been absolutely amazing with my 89 year old grandmother, she has been caring, understanding and listened to all our questions and worries. She made as feel at ease and made my amazing Nan trust her. What I really liked was the way my treatment was fully explained by Mrs Teo. She has a very good “bedside” manner and made the whole process very easy. The surgery was carried out very well and within 6 to 8 weeks there was hardly any sign that an operation had occurred. I had to have a large patch of skin removed and needed a flap of skin to help close the area. This healed very quickly. The only suggestion I have has more to do with the administration, when the appointment was made for the surgery it wasn’t made clear that I needed to allow for the whole afternoon and that the time of the appointment was the same for all the patients.
