Excellent services and care

Clinical care was very good. Friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. The only improvement I’d suggest would be to the catering which is a little basic for this waiting.

I had a really positive experience during my visit. I was quite nervous before my operation, but the team looked after me so well and helped me feel calm throughout. Their support made a huge difference and I’m genuinely grateful.

I stayed at the Manor Hospital for four days following major surgery and my experience was very positive. The level of care I received made a real difference to both my comfort and recovery. The nurses in particular were outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism and attentiveness made such a difference to my recovery. They were always on hand to check on me, manage my pain effectively and offer reassurance whenever I needed it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, calm and well informed. Their compassion, patience and genuine care helped me feel safe and supported throughout what could have been a very daunting time. I am incredibly grateful to the nursing team for the exceptional standard of care they provided.
