Staff were kind and helpful and gave me good advice

Excellent service, I was called immediately after check in. The nurse explained everything to me on the procedure and what to expect. Everything went smoothly. Also when going back to my car in the car park I tripped in a pot hole at the side of my car and fell fracturing my right shoulder humerus. A lady informed the staff in the hospital, and the attention I got was excellent, getting me up of the ground and into a wheelchair. I was xrayed straight away and received excellent advice. Fantastic helpful staff.10/10

I was treated very kindly, and given the help I needed. They were very understanding and gave me time to process what was happening when I needed to.

Overall I was treated well, some things I didn’t understand was I believe due to my lack of medical knowledge

The service was great. Everyone I came into contact with from the information desk, to minor injuries desk to the practitioner who helped me were all great. The entire hospital looked clean and very well run. Love this place.
