Dr. Eliza Moldovan is the best doctor. Examined my daughter in detail. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She is always very kind, a great professional and has an approach to children.

I saw Dr Moldovan today It was a follow up appointment and she explained my test results and listened to any questions I had and gave me lots of advice. I also had an unrelated problem which I was quite prepared to make a further appointment but she had a quick look and put my mind at rest and saved time on another appointment which is quite a time saver for the NHS.

This gp has been providing medical advice and treatment via the telephone for 6 weeks,today I had my first face to face and I found her very welcoming.I was listened to,my thoughts and feelings were considered and my best interests were discussed.A further treatment plan and referral was made to the relevant services all in one visit.It was very refreshing and reassuring to have that consistency of care and I didn’t have to explain all prior appointments which at times in the past I have had to do.i left the surgery confident and happy that my health issues have been addressed and are being dealt with promptly.A great gp experience in what has been a worrying time.

Dr Eliza Moldovan is an amazingly kind, compassionate and competent doctor who takes the time to really listen to patients and goes the extra mile. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

She patiently listened to the issues I raised and carefully explained treatment options to me ensuring that I understood.

Eliza listened and examined me and explained what I needed to do, changed my medication and the next step if nothing changed. It's all you need on a visit, takes the worry out of it.

Dr Moldovan is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was super helpful and gave great guidance and reassurance. I would highly recommend her and the practice.

Improvement could be made in the surgery getting back to me sooner. I completed the triage form and it took two days for the doctor to get back to me.
