Easier access to my prescription would be great

Hi - I have compared my glasses with previous glasses that I had before and notice that strength of my new glasses from Boots are not correct and unable to use. Everything just seems blurred which is not good.

The eye test was conducted very friendly atmosphere and very professionally. The .Optician conducted other Boots where I did my test 4 years back to get all relevant data before taking a decision. Much impressed.

My appointment was rushed. I arrived on time and we did not overrun, however I feel that because my issue was ‘not serious’ for the optometrist he just decided to skim it through. I came to Boot because I started seeing a floater, I am 29 - I trully wanted to know the reason I started seeing it. The specialist did not give me any meaningful explanation, but gave me a leaflet to read. I left Boots without at a loss. I understand there might be nothing serious, but I would like to know what caused that and how to acoid more floaters in future. I felt that the optimetrist was careless. His name was Ash.

Was impressed with the scheduling of appointment; got mine in 25 mins. The test was fine and Boots had great options for spects.
