Easy to make appointment for lunch time slot which fits in around work.

Great care. I was sent to Hospital to have my eye checked as the optician found an ulcer. I had to take antibiotics. I’m glad that my problem was discovered during a routine check.

I honestly can't remember if I was told. I have forgotten it, if I had. However, she was very chatty and friendly.

Mr Porieus was extremely informative and his explanations very clear and easy to understand with facts presented in a fluent and slightly theatrical manner. I felt reassured and amused by equal measure.

Very friendly staff. They were very attentive and informed me of any changes or need to wait during my visit. I went with a specific purpose which was to get a form completed for future employment and the staff were only too happy to help. Cannot fault any part of my visit. Thank you for the great service!

I would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff at boots opticians in above bar street (opposite the mall) I was a nervous wreck at my eye test yesterday as I have a phobia of them! The staff were unbelievably attentive and kind and very understanding, I will always attend this practise in the future as I had the best experience I have ever had In an eye exam, for the first time I actually laughed and relaxed and even dare I say it - enjoyed myself! Thank you so much, it's made something I thought was terrifying into something I feel very relaxed about, hats off to the wonderful staff, I'm a very happy customer and will be returning and recommending to all of my friends and family.
