Boots Opticians Eastleigh

I have been a patient of Boots Opticians Eastleigh for several years now. I have found the staff to be extremely efficient and professional. The choice of glasses is extensive and the contact lens fitting service and after care exceptional. My entire family are patients of this branch. We are very happy with the care we have received. Thank you.

Very rude staff. I’m heavily pregnant and having to use crutches for a painful condition. InitL member of staff moved me for a peripheral vision test- watched me struggle tying to collect all my belongings up- didn’t offer to help. Didn’t adjust seat so I was stuck in a tiny space and very uncomfortable. Optician seemed bored and uninterested. In fact everything was too much trouble for most of the staff I saw working with customers. Very rude and I shall be transferring to another branch.

It’s was disgraceful. I was treated as a problem. I had my annual contact lenses check up and booked with my local boots. When I got there I was told I shouldn’t be there because it was the wrong branch and they couldn’t access my records. The optometrist was extremely rude to me, made me feel like I was a problem and an idiot for getting checked there. He had a really bad attitude. I have had contacts for 19 years and have never been treated like this before. Considering changing my provider of contacts now.

Eastleigh Swan Center Straight forward, quick process, skilled friendly profesional, nice selection of quality frames, various lens options, enjoyable surroundings.

All very straight forward

This was a first appointment for my 14 year old daughter. The optometrist was friendly and efficient. The assistant helped my daughter choose some fashionable and properly fitting frames and explained the options. All very good. Xxx

Optometrist Helen Wilkins seemed genuinely interested in getting the best eye care for me. My father has glaucoma. Helen double checked the health of my eyes and was very reassuring. I have every confidence that the two pairs of glasses I ordered will provide the best that can be achieved at my age.

Everyone was helpful and smiley. I didn’t have to wait for anything and everything was explained clearly. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I felt all of the staff were knowledgeable.
