Boots Opticians Caterham

so i booked online for my eye test appointment. when i went there , the lady who did my test was very friendly n nice, i did not carry my old glasses so she booked for me next appointment , which i miss placed it but i thought they send you reminder a day before, but i did not get any call or text!! anyways few days later i went there , i spoke to some lady n i told her i missed my appointment can you please book for me, she said i will get a call n they will book for me, but i am still waiting for that call no news, its call very bad customer service , i wasted my £25, i will never go there again .

Very pleased with the thorough eye examination today. Debbie took care to get my prescription correct and all staff were professional. Extra busy as start of the new school year but I never felt hurried and am pleased with the outcome.

First eye test in 12 years, waiting time quick, very thorough checks including back of eye photos. The professional I saw was called Lola, and she was really professional and polite and great at her job. Will definitely recommend!

The staff are excellent at boots opticians in Caterham. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Ernesto, the manager is second to none. Extremely knowledgeable and able to solve any difficulties.

Very pleasant experience all round. Attentive, welcoming and friendly staff and the optometrist really spent time discussing my own circumstances and my needs.

The staff fitted me in even though I didnt have an appointment and were very helpful efficient and clear on what they were doing and any problems they saw with my eyes. Excellent service
