Janine at Summertown was excellent... as was the lady on reception. Nothing I can think of to make it better, thank you. Nb 4* for arranging as I had to try a few times to get through on the phone. But once I did it was v simple.

I had very good experience with Sheila and boots in Summertown oxford. Sheila is very welcoming, professional and very thorough. She was extremely patient with my 86 years old mum who does not speak English. I totally trust her and would recommend her to everyone.
