I had an eye test with Helen and she made the whole experience really enjoyable. She was brilliant!

Absolutely amazing service from walking through the door to the end of the consultation. Friendly, professional service. Would definately recommend anyone thinking of booking an appointment for an eye test.

Once I was seen I had very good care. But having arrived on time for my appointment I was kept waiting for 20 minutes before being seen and in that time no one came to apologise for the wait or to tell me when I would be seen. In the end I went to see the receptionist to see what was happening.

Appointment was on time and very friendly helpful staff.

Staff slow and not very cheerful. Very difficult to get an appointment. Prefer your other branch as doesn’t seem so commercialised.

Appointment was efficiently carried out . I felt they knew what they were doing. Could be improved by punctual start to appointment. I was first seen 20 mins after arrival.

The optometrist was not very talkative and did not really answer my questions. However he did find a potential problem with one eye so I can't fault him. The optometrist who conducted the more detailed test two weeks later was really good at answering my questions and explaining everything to me. (The first test was done at a different branch.) The seating area in the waiting room was not at all comfortable.
