Was seen on time and staff were patient when carrying out various eye checks.

Great straightforward eye examination, no waiting; completed in 15 minutes, very good service, friendly staff.

I saw Rebecca at Boots opticians in Burton, she was incredibley helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely go to Rebecca again.

Was asked if I could walk upstairs(Burton) I said yes. After going upstairs was rather out of breath and said so.was informed to say no to upstairs again, and have my eye test done downstairs. Everyone was very helpful.

Welcome only fair. No name given by staff. The first could have introduced the optometrist. He was professional and informative.
