My glasses needed repairing the assistant ,Fiona, was polite ,efficient,knowledgeable, and completed the repair very quickly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure to buy things I didn't want or need.

The optometrist was very good at explaining everything about the eye test to my 8 year old daughter (who had a lot of questions!) He had a very good manner with my daughters as eye tests for 8 and 5 year olds can't be an easy task!!!

The Optometrist, Bobby was very professional and very reassuring of some concerns I had. A credit to his profession and your organisation.

Bobby the optician is bar far the best that I have seen, as a 42 year old that has been wearing spectacles since the age of 5, I have had many eye tests, Bobby explained my prescription and the associated situation clearer than ever. I asked to see Bobby specifically after taking my mother for a routine check up 6 months ago, and remember being struck by his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Bobby and the rest of the staff at Boots!

I couldn’t fault the optometrist he was friendly and pleasant and gave good advice to look after my sight.

The optometrist was took her time, both with my appointment and particularly with my father, whose experience previously with an independent optician was poor and rushed. We were both very happy with the care we received.
