Boots Opticians London Wall

I was assisted by Niha in this branch who was able to repair my glasses with care and attention. I cannot thank her enough she was very good.

I ordered some glasses and wasn't advised when they came in for collection (not sure if it's standard practise to let customers know when glasses come in). I tried to call this morning on two occasions - no one answered the phone and it eventually cut off. Am not impressed. Won't be going back there again.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Abz and Tony today. They were both amazingly helpful and clearly hugely knowledgeable. I have been a Boots optician customer for years now, and team members like Abz and Tony are the reason why. Thank you!

My initial prescription was incorrect went back at 2 weeks and am still waiting another two weeks for my new correct glasses. In total a month with no glasses. NOT HAPPY!!! Was told they would check up on why it's taken so long and no one has bothered to call me with an update. Very poor service and I could have gone somewhere else!
