Boots Opticians London - Bishopsgate

I have regular check-ups at this Boots branch but on this occasion I visited them to seek their assistance on my pair of reading glasses which had been damaged. It looked touch and go as to whether they could be repaired however in my discussion with Sam, she said she would try to fix them. I was given immediate attention and five minutes later the work had been successfully completed. Furthermore, there was no charge! This was a great relief to me and I would like to thank (and recommend) this branch, and Sam in particular, for the first class service I received.

Only issue was a long wait between the initial tests and assessments and the consultation. Around 30 minutes is too long to be kept waiting.

Very fast and efficient service, with excellent customer service. Explained what was going on and answered any questions I had clearly. Seen by Anita who was very helpful and clear.

When selecting glasses to meet my prescription the assistant only showed me the designer frames, when I asked if there were any cheaper options she said yes I can show you those if you like? I think your staff should be encouraged to show all options or at least ask customers what they would like rather than just take them to the most expensive options.
