It went well and felt the Optician was friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to find something, in my opinion it would be time keeping, as my appointment was slightly delayed.

Although I don't know the name of the optometrist,she was a very knowledgeable lady who gave me ally he information I needed bring open and honest about my eye check. Also the lady who helped me afterwards to choose my new glasses and did all the paperwork preparation was very nice,friend fly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my visit to boots opticians in Stratford Broadway,the service was great!

Unlike The Westfield brance the Broadway is quiet and friendly. I had an issue with my prescribed glasses, they listened re-booked an appointment to correct the issue and it was sorted... short and sweet and as stress free as that. I like them!

Dear Colleague, This is my first time doing an eye test and I had no clue how then process works. I was really unpleasantly surprised when I was not given my prescription after the test even though I asked for it repeatedly, instead, I was asked to get glasses either 2 pairs or one pair to resolve the issue of eye sight. I paid £ 25.00 pounds for the service, this is really unusual not to get a prescription after I paid for the service.

The examination was very thorough and the optometrist was professional yet friendly. He gave me an opportunity to ask questions and appeared to genuinely care about my eyesight.
