Boots Opticians Stratford - London

Incompetent staff, their prescription was wrong. I been four times to Boots Optician in Westfield - Stratford because after I paid for a new pair of glasses, lenses and contact lenses, The prescription was wrong and I was not able to wear anything I bought a month before. At the beginning, they just suggested me to wear glasses but it was not my right prescription and they treated me as an annoying customer!.. I tried to wear the glasses but i noticed it was not the right prescription. So We had a second check and they noticed the prescription was wrong! So I waited a month more to collect my new glasses, but no-one mentioned Lenses will come yellow, because a special coat. Yesterday I was ready to collect finally my glasses, but I’m not able to wear because of my job and my everyday life. They was aware since the first visit about my kind of job, where i’m Working with colours and really meticulous things, and no-one said to me my glasses will come with sepia lenses. Unbelievable! For two months I waited for a right prescription, right pair of glasses and contact lenses, at the end to get a refund because they said they was not able to help me differently. I will never recommend to no-one and, of course, I will never be back to them.

My transfer from Boots Westfield White City could be improved - I requested a transfer to Boots Westfield Stratford more than a year ago and yet still every time I come in to Stratford branch there is no recollection of me being transferred there. This adds so much hassle to something that should be hassle free that I am on brink on changing my opticians.

Staffs had been very friendly and helpful. Very clear with instructions. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I can't say anything needed to be improved, all staff was extremely helpful with everything, I didn't have to wait long, they gave me space while trying on all glasses (mine got broke and was being held together with sellotape like harry potter). Overall they gave me great service, especially compared to your hackney branch I was originally at several years ago where they were not helpful, quite rude and had made a mess of all my records. I was going to leave Boots and go to specsavers, but your wood green and stratford branch put my faith back into your company.

The Optometrist (Priya) was professional, excellent at checking my vision and clearly expalned my options. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend her.

I finally received my new prescription glasses June 2017 and pay more than £600 also contact lens but my headache still there and now they want me to pay another £400 because my eye prescription has changed, within 3 months of not properly using it.???

my visit was at 4pm on the 8.09.2017 at boots westfield. hope you can find out the name of the ladies who helped us, because they were extremely professional and helpful.
