Friendly and respectable staff, efficient service and positive environment.

Eye test was very efficiently done but provision of spectacles wss not. I had asked for some Boots own brand frames to be ordered in, but they had not arrived and I was told that they were out of stock.. No explanation, no indication that they would be available in the future. I left with nothing arranged and 4 working days llater nobody has followed up.

This was my first visit. People were very professional. Explained us everything and answered all our questions and worries. It was a great experience. The lady optometrist took a great care of my child a the other gentleman helped us to choose glasses for him. Sorry I don't remember names.

The optometrist, Damien, was remarkably unprofessional. He was still eating when he called me in, and continued to chew noisily when he examined my eyes. It was extremely unpleasant. He rudely and loudly interrupted me twice to ask a question. I don't know why he couldn't wait for me to finish my sentence. I ended up starting it three times before he allowed me to finish. I was just trying to tell him what my previous prescription was. I was very upset after the eye test.

I believed that I had singed up for a free eye test online based on your add in the new paper. I mentioned this to the staff when they asked for payment but they were unaware of the offer. I had booked my test on-line. I would like a refund of the £ 25

The Kilburn branch is outstanding because of Paul Weston-super-Mare who manages it, and the optometrist who is thorough beyond expectation. So long as these are in place, I will be coming back.
