Everything was great. Staff friendly and helpful.Been going to Boots for 7 years.I have a complex eye conditon that my optician is aware of.Very happy with glasses.No improvement necessary.

Very poor after care . Resulted in a refund. After 35 years using boots opticians I will never go back there.

I have always found the staff to be helpful my main problem over the last 15 years using boots is the team quality has been often poor.
