Really bad experience. Was there for around 2 hours just for an eye test and to order new lenses for existing frames. Very unconfident that my prescription was correct. Couldn't see out of my new glasses and gave it over a month as I was told my eyes needed time to adjust. My eyes didn't adjust and I was constantly dizzy. I have since changed to another local opticians where my whole experience was so much better and they sorted my lenses out for me so I can now see. I will not be going back to Boots opticians or would I recommend it to any of my family of friends.

Important issues with my eyes sight were not picked up. I should have been referred to a consultant but this was not done. Not enough care for the elderly and those whose first language is not English. Very disappointed.

It was a good experience as indicated above.

The appointments were easy to arrange and in particular we were looked after wonderfully by Vicki where nothing was too much trouble and made things very streamline.

Nothing to improve. It was what I expected from Boots which is good old style service and quality. Have used competitors once for an eye test and find Boots environmentand the type of people you have as staff as a superioir experience. Don't change a thing as it's not broken and is built on a tradition which has taken many years to build.

Despite us attending Boots for eyecare for the past 6years or so, I was asked if this was our first time there. My daughters notes had not been attached to the appointment sheet and it seems could not be found. I can't say I was impressed after this, particularly as we had been made to wait at least 15 minutes beyond our appointment time and didn't even get an apology. Optician was fine but customer service could be improved.

Appointed 2.25. Still waiting at 2.45 so had to cancel. Not good

I have been using boots 30 years plus and i have always been totally satisfied with all aspects of my visits for contact lenses and glasses and eye tests the staff are always friendly reliable and knowledgeable i personally cannot see how the service could be improved going by my own personal experiences thank you for a good service
