Further to my recent review of two months ago , their has been a complete change of staff and management , such a vast improvement and I must thank Nina for her efforts in getting my wife immediate attention for a cataract review

I have just driven 12 miles to attend my appointment only to be told the optometrist is not available this week due to illness...today is Wednesday. Was told that they did try to ring to let me know, however I have no missed calls from them and no email despite having my email address. Not impressed.

very friendly, helpful service and a thorough eye examination, without feeling rushed as in some other very popular high street opticians.

Very friendly and professional service from Andrew the Optician and Shannon the shop manager. All our family have been customers of this branch in Market Harborough for many year now and the service is excellent.

The appointment was really easy to book and I was seen quickly and seen in good time. The optometrist was really helpful and offered good advice about my current prescription and future eye-care.

The man who served me today was brilliant. I was having some trouble with my glasses fitting and he was happy to adjust them for me, even though I bought them elsewhere, and didn't even charge. He even made sure all the screws were tight without me even mentioning it and then a polish afterwards! Excellent service!
