The Optometrist Emma Fleming was very friendly, caring, patient, and Professional. She put me at ease during my appointment. Stewart was really very helpful, competent and friendly on both visits. My new lenses were available in a timely manner. Suzanne was also great, making sure I was perfectly satisfied. They are all a credit to the Your Company, and have provided great customer service. i clearly exlplained that my 6 year old was autistic amd wouldnt be able to say words. still we were only given a 5 min appoint and she was asked to read words

They were running a bit late but staff were able to keep me informed and made to feel valued.
