Everything went smoothly, I booked appt online , arrived and my eye test was very thorough and the advice I received was very helpful.

It was easy to arrange the appointment. The staff were very helpful.

The Optometrist was very clear about what was happening during my eye exam I felt relaxed through every part .

Staff were very helpful, friendly & caring & accommodating to my needs. Initially I went into look at the range of glasses available because the branch in Irvine had a very poor selection to suit me. I have been with that branch for the last 25 years & have always been more than happy with their service until Mr Adnaan Ahmad arrived. I realise that everyone treats patients in different ways but I have been waiting for more than 1 year now for him to get back to me re- contact lenses. I also asked him if he could get me smaller frames. I have repeatedly visited the store over the past year to see if he had managed to locate smaller frames but he hadn't managed or he hadn't bothered. A few weeks ago I called in again. Hillary, one of his assistants asked him while I was there if he would be getting in some small frames & we were given a very short, abrupt answer - 'NO'. I felt I had given him ample time & opportunity to get back to me re- contact lenses & smaller frames so decided that both my husband & I would need to go elsewhere. I was also very alarmed to hear that all his staff had 'jumped ship' & there was no-one in the branch that I knew. I was very disappointed because each member of staff had been very friendly & helpful over the past 25 years & here was I having to 'jump ship' with them. However, when I visited Boots, Kilmarnock branch, I couldn't believe the range & choice of frames available. Marion, who was serving me was extremely helpful & friendly & found what I was looking for. In fact I also got an eye test that day with an extremely good, friendly optometrist & I purchased 2 pairs of glasses with a view to going back for a pair of sunglasses
