Sat waiting 50 mins to be seen. No contact from anyone about running late . Gave up after this . Can't sit all day in waiting room after travelling 2 hours to get to Hereford on the bus

My annual checkup is always a pleasure, all the staff businesslike, considerate, friendly, giving you their full attention. I'd recently had a fall and torn muscles and ligaments in a leg and this was taken into account without any fuss. Thank you very much.

Mark was extremely helpful and friendly and amusing. He sorted out several problems for me on a complicated order and made me feel at ease.

I made an appointment online which was easily made for the next day. I was greeted in store by Dawn who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very informative!

I telephoned with a potentially serious event and was instantly called to be seen and subsequently an appointment was made for the following day as I needed a driver after dilatation of my pupil. On arrival the staff were very professional, helpful, informative and reassuring. Those involved were Naheed, Ashley and Buddy. I was not made to feel rushed over the selection of new glasses frames and all advice was rendered efficiently and in a light hearted manner. All in all an excellent experience. I cannot praise the staff enough,the optomerist Naheen and adviser Dawn as well as other staff were brilliant after Naheen referred me to the eye hospital urgently. Without this decision on her part things could have been a lot worse, so thank you all. Chris Rischmiller

Excellent service all round.

The care I always get is superb. The only thing I would change is to give some kind of discount scheme for those who do not use contact lenses.
