Alina was extremely friendly and helpful, she made the eye test much more enjoyable.

I saw three members of staff, all of them welcoming and helpful. Debbie, who arranged the new frames and payment - the only one I know by name - combined friendly banter with a businesslike approach and will make the next visit to the optician an event to look forward to and not just a bore.

I booked my appointment online which was very easy to do. I arrived early but was seen straight away. My optometrist was lovely and friendly and put my mind at rest over a concern I had. I cannot see how this service can be improved and will recommend to family and friends. A first class service :)
