Nick, Boots Opticians, Godalming- thank you for seeing me urgently this morning (garden eye accident with holly tree !). Saw me within the hour, professionally diagnosed and medication issued despite the general lockdown. COVID-19 cleanliness protocol followed. Really appreciated and thoroughly recommend. Myself and my partner both had an eye test yesterday and found it to be very professional and friendly . Even though both of us did not need to upgrade our glasses at this visit we were both delighted with the time ,service and advice we were given . We cannot recommend them enough and look forward to our next check up Thankyou for such a warm welcome .

I visited boots Godalming after a recommendation from a good friend. I have a few issues with my eye sight, a few referrals and many eye tests, so naturally I've seen a few optometrists and professionals. On the day, I saw optometrist Nick. He couldn't have been more professional, more friendly or assuring. He explained what he was doing, considerate, asked if I had any questions at the end as well answering all of mine throughout. I fully trusted his advise and opinions. If there was an issue with my glasses, I also feel that he would be the first to listen and help me further. The rest of the team were delightful, sian and Lilly. A close knit team. Also the first opticians I have been to where glasses have been suggested to me based on the style I like. I've been to boots before and this has never happened. I didn't even know it was a thing. On a side note, I don't even live in Godalming. I love in Guildford where there is a boots. I decided to travel to Godalming, and certainly worth the short train journey.

My appointment at Boots optician Godalming was excellent. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the appointment itself was very thorough and I was extremely well informed about my vision by Johan the optometrist. I've actually never had such a good quality eye test! Top marks Boots :)

The consultation with the optometrist inspired great confidence. He took time and trouble to help me and gave superb advice. I shall certainly be going back.
