Optometrist was extremely helpful and thorough.

Friendly staff, however this branch is always running late. More needs to be done to keep to appointments.

I stopped going to Specsavers because they refused to give me a free eye test because I was one month shy of the two year period. I chose Boots on the recommendation of a friend and have no criticism of the eye test. I did, however, come away with the feeling that the only person really concerned about my eyesight was me. The pitch of the after test salesperson seemed to be to draw my attention to the higher priced frames. I'm quite used to being ripped off by high street shops but expected better from somebody purporting to be concerned about my health. Might I suggest that you reduce your range of frames and your options on lenses and cater for the less well off in society. You might say it's a small price to pay to protect ones eyesight. I couldn't possibly comment.

Child friendly staff, happy to keep going back there despite there now being a closer branch.

Appointment was on time and the consultation was both professional and informative.
