Boots Opticians Gillingham

A million miles better than Chatham but still felt they were more interested in pushing sales that any problems I might have with my eyes. 2 weeks later and still no clue as to when my lenses will arrive. To think that I stopped going to Vision Express because you were better - in Guildford. In Chatham your staff are woeful and hopeless. Gillingham better but If I wanted to listen to your staff chat with their boyfriends, husbands and lovers I 'd ask them. Not have to sit in your shop listening to it all!! Boots always used to pride themselves on service and the staff they employed - sadly not anymore.

It was on offer so i went for it. Staff was very helpful and I was quit happy with the result.

The shop is very small and narrow but the dispensing staff are pleasant and the Optometrist was professional, considerate, thorough and pleasant

The staff in the Downstairs showroom really did go the extra mile to help and help me choose my glasses . Very friendly and professional service and they all helped me choose my glasses . Thankyou Sue and the other ladies , brilliant team .

Usually go Chatham but the gillingham one was quieter and no waiting time lovely people
