Boots Opticians Rainham

I have been using boots opticians for many years,my last appointment was on the 21st may 2018,the staff were all very friendly as always,very helpful choosing new glasses,very relaxing atmosphere too,also i had a good laugh with them all this time. Regards Lynn Quo

Boots opticians in Rainham, Kent are literally amazing. I've been going there for years now. Staff turnover is low which helps with consistency and familiarity. Staff are well Informed and know what they are talking about, and always friendly and happy to offer different options to suit all budgets. I recommend them on a regular basis and always tell them how fabulous Jackie, Cas, Deb, Hazel and Cathy are as a team. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my eye care.

A pleasant experience

The optician was off handed and lacked customer care. At one time she even asked me to try harder to read as she could not improve my eyesight but cooks help to find new lenses. Her whole manner was abrupt and rude

I had s good experience 3 years ago hence I booked for this eye test. I was not impressed by the opticians demeanour and off handed manner. Ah one time she told me to try harder to read the letters as she could not improve my eyesight but could help to find correct lenses. She did not seem to understand I Could Not Read them. Age is referring me to have cataracts checked which is good. However I would not come back to boots opticians until they improve the manners of their opticians. She did not even apologise for keeping me waiting. My appt was at 9 and she was not even in the shop then. The rest of the staff were polite and efficient.

Very in depth eye test with explanations all about the procedures.. The lady that fitted my glasses for varifocals was very easy to talk to,friendly & very thorough when doing the measurements..I've never had a problem in the years I've been going to this Opticians.. I would highly recommend them to anyone..

No clear communication about a time change to my appointment, meaning that I turned up too early and had to wait

Carolyn was very helpful when I was choosing my glasses, she didn't rush me at all she was very kind and patient. The optometrist was lovely and kind and gave my eyes a thorough examination. Could not fault the staff at all.

I felt everything today was excellent
