Immediate, professional and attentive service, no fuss, clear explanations - what could be better?

I made the appointment in the store the staff were very friendly and so helpful I needed a particular date and they managed to move appointments around so I could come in nothing seemed too much trouble. The Lady I saw for the first part before seeing the Optician was so nice put me at ease and was so kind as I don't like the machine that puffs air into the eye!!! Her name was Karen and introduced me to the Optician so professional. The Optician was also lovely very efficient seen on time and everything was explained in detail her name was Aarti. The whole experience was amazing!! I cant praise the Chatham staff enough.

Friendly and professional service

I attended boots as I have floaters in my eye and the Optometrist checked my eyes and put my mind at rest and explained I had nothing to worry about. All the staff were really helpful in every thing they did to help me and even asked if all was ok when I left the shop.

Was in for a re test for contact lenses after a cataract Operation, nobody seemed to understand why I Was there, and wanted to test me for glasses for which I've already sorted.

Canterbury couldn't do any appointments when i was available, despite what they said whem making the orginal appointment, so ended up having the contacts sent to a different branch. They sent them to one branch without checking if they had appointments, which they didn't so made an appointment at a different branch, but hadn't arranged for the lenses to be sent there. Karen at Chatham was very helpful sorting out a New appointment and getting the correct lenses to the correct branch.

Despite the fact that they started running late they were very apologetic and seemed to catch up very quickly
