The whole appointment was good I didn't have to wait Samia the Optometrist explained everything perfectly.

Julie the optometrist was pleasant and professional , Julie helped me choose my glasses she was patient and took the time to advise me what frames suited me, overall a good experience

Having already had an eye test elsewhere, I went to purchase my glasses from Burnley. I was assisted by Maayaa, who did an excellent job fitting, measuring and advising me of the various options available for my varifocal glasses and sunglasses. During this process a query arose on my prescription and the examining opticians were contacted without hesitation. The optometrist, Natalie was consulted and she checked my eyes against the prescription, which then necessitated contacting the examining opticians again. Natalie then rearranged her appointments to enable her to give me an immediate & complete re-examination to ensure that she was totally satisfied that the prescription was correct before I proceeded with the purchase of two pairs of glasses. I cannot thank both Maayaa and Natalie enough for their assistance, patience & excellent customer care and would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone.

From the Assessment appointment to the Collection appointment, which entailed several appointments, the staff who saw me were patient, considerate and helpful at all times. Without them, I doubt I would have succeeded in wearing contact lenses. I recommend the Burnley branch of Boots Opticians to anyone who may be cosidering trying Contact lenses.

Having rung to make an appointment for my 2 yearly check I arrived and was then told that I wasn’t due for an examination until mid November! This was despite being told at the time of booking that my previous test had been 2.5 years ago! I was told I could pay for a private consultation. Very disappointing so I won’t be coming back to Boots I am afraid.

I was impressed with the eye test, the optician Samia was very pleasant and explained in some detail the results of my test including the retinal photography. The sales assistant Joan was very professional in taking measurements etc.and also very pleasant. My first visit to Boots opticians, so far so good. Thank you.

Maya a,was very friendly made me feel at ease ,talked me through all points on getting my new glasses,resumed me that they suited me,an that they fit right,lovely pleasant person ,just like talking to a friend
