Boots Opticians Clapham

I moved to Clapham branch for convenience but have found it somewhat disappointing as never see the same person twice and they are very hard to get hold of on the phone due to lack of reception staff. This has made question whether to return here for my nrxt checkup but look at other branches.

I found all staff friendly and helpful , one part of the eye test was hard, the field test where you look into screen ,focos on the red dot and press the button to indicate you see the white light I dont how you improve that ,the optometrist was very patient with me

Was great experience for someone who has needed an eye test for a few years. Free offer to get me in and I shall definitely be purchasing some specs from Boots in the future,. Many thanks Jack

Customer service poor no call to let you know when glasses /lenses have arrived or apology .

Staff very friendly and polite, staff seemed very professional and experience. Service very good and I would recommend to my family and friends.

Having previously received less than satisfactory service I was very happy with my eye-check this time. Mr N. Simalan was very professional and answered all my questions, and I have recommended him to friends.

Very thorough in checking if new type of contact lenses is suitable.

All was fine
