Staff was friendly and the optitian explained everything to me clearly

Appointment on time and everything was made very ckeat

It was my first visit to Boots Optitians as I was told by a friend to try there as I had always gone else where in the past. Really enjoyed my experience and the service I received from Carlie, Andrew and Jaspal at Boston, Lincs. :) Thank you!

Amy was really friendly and told me what she was doing each time. She then explained which sort of glasses I required and passed me to an assistant who helped me choose the glasses and measured them etc as required and double checking her measurements with Patricia who again was really helpful and friendly. Waiting time was a little longer than I would like, my appointment was at 10.40 and I eventually left around 11.55

Prompt attention upon arrival, no feeling of being rushed, all questions answered fully and with patience. I can't think that I needed anything to be any different, it was a very good service.
