Do not book an OCT scan with the Skegness branch which is only a franchise using Boots name. They have just ripped me off for £25 when in other true Boots branches the scan is free and only £10 at Vision express and specsavers. A complaint went in to the main Boots customer service and at first very helpful, but when Skegness didnt contact me back they became very unhelpful and James was less than useless and very patronising. Avoid there are much cheaper alternatives. They also wanted over £400 for a reglaze online with a reputable company was £97 with identical options

My self and my husband had eye tests today. Biran was excellent. He made you feel very comfortable and explained everything. Would highly recommend him.
