Boots Opticians Bognor Regis

Would like to thank Laura, the Opticians Manager for her helpfulness and kindness, when we visited today to get an adjustment made on my Husbands spectacles. It was most refreshing to get someone who showed interest and cared.

I popped into the opticans at Boots in Bognor on Monday 22 October 2018 to witness the opticians shop manager arguing loudly with a customer. I saw her name as Laura on her tag. Everyone in the shop could hear her. It was not what I would expect to witness at a Boots store. So I voted with my feet returned the items I had bought to the shelves. As I was leaving I heard staff in the main shop say 'hear she goes again' She is a disgrace to Boots.

First time at Boots Opticians, the girl who greeted me was an absolute delight, happy helpful and smiling. The whole process was faultless.

I have been using Boots Opticians for a few years now even though I spend a lot of time out of the Country. They always try and help me get an apointment in the short times I am in Bognor Regis area. My apointment this week was on Tuesday 19th June 2018 and I was leaving the Country the next day. They managed to do my eye tests informing me I would need new glasses (reading, mid rang and long sight) The time they spent helping me was unquestioned, and they are going to send my new glasses to my Daughters so she can bring them to me when she visits. I went into the branch as I had broken my glasses and wanted to order a new pair. I had only moved to the area I did not have my prescription. Jodie spent 15 Minutes trying to get through to the branch and was so patient. She ordered my glasses in good time before my holiday. I left feeling so happy with the way I was treated. Jodie is a credit to Boots we need more of her. she was Professional Friendly and xtremely helpful.

The treatment I received was friendly and very professional. All the staff were thorough, efficient and caring. They totally put me at ease.

I arrived for my appointment at 10.15 and was seen straight away. Alison the optometrist made me feel at ease. Kristy did my first part of the eye health checks and then Joseph took me to look at some frames. I couldn't recommend a better opticians and the staff are all incredible

Friendly efficient staff in relaxed environment. I used to go to Chichester where it's far too busy and your kept waiting and moved from room to room.
